Account Manager – Events & Brand Experiences

NEXTURN is a Dubai-based events, activations and content agency delivering across the Gulf and Egypt. We plan and produce product launches, conferences, employee events, brand activations, exhibition stands, and photo and video content for leading regional and global brands.

The role:

We are looking for an Account Manage r to own and grow key client accounts, starting with a global FMCG client and its teams across the Gulf. You will build relationships across brand, HR, commercial and procurement teams, turn conversations into briefs, and work with our production team to deliver.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across client teams (brand, commercial, HR, communications, procurement).
• Run a steady outreach and follow-up rhythm: emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and timely follow-ups with no lead left unanswered.
• Track every contact, opportunity, RFQ and next step in our account tracker, and keep it up to date daily.
• Monitor and respond to client sourcing events and RFQs on supplier platforms (e.g. Coupa, Aravo) on time.
• Turn client needs into clear briefs, and coordinate proposals, budgets and timelines with the creative and production teams.
• Support delivery on the ground and make sure the client is looked after from brief to final report.
• Spot upcoming moments (Ramadan, Saudi Founding Day, UAE National Day, year-end, launches) and bring ideas to clients early.
• Report weekly on pipeline, meetings, proposals and wins.

What you bring:

• 3–6 years in account management or client servicing at an events, experiential, production or advertising agency in the UAE or KSA.
• Experience with FMCG, pharma or other multinational clients, including working through procurement and supplier portals.
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Organised, persistent and comfortable following up many stakeholders at once.
• Confident writing professional emails and presenting ideas.
• Comfortable with digital tools: Gmail/Outlook, LinkedIn, shared trackers, spreadsheets.
• UAE residence or transferable visa preferred; willing to travel to KSA.

Nice to have:

• Existing network in FMCG brand or procurement teams in the Gulf.
• Experience with Coupa, Aravo or similar supplier systems.
