Responsibilities

• Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow
• Heavy client and vendor interaction
• Respond to daily client or partner requests
• Daily client cash management needs
• New client intake and setup
• Special projects as assigned

Starting salary range for this position is between $80-95k, and will be finalized based on the candidate's years of experience and local cost of labor

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s in Accounting or related experience is highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience working with high profile and high net worth clientele
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy and dedication
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)
