Performance reviews and stakeholder accountability - Send every customer a weekly targets-versus-achieved email on Monday, or by Tuesday at the latest. Clearly explain progress, gaps, corrective actions, owners, and next steps. - Conduct and present quarterly business reviews with a clear numerical account of spends, revenue generated against those spends, lead volumes, site visits, and movement and conversion through the full funnel. Distinguish Propstar’s account revenue from customer sales outcomes where relevant. - Obtain complete, timely data from Sales and Pre-sales Managers and other stakeholders. Validate and translate it into clear customer reports, and hold the respective owners accountable for their commitments. Ownership boundary: Site-visit delivery, pre-sales execution, and the associated operational responsibilities sit with the Pre-sales Manager and/or Sales Manager. The Account Manager owns overall account and P&L outcomes, visibility, reporting, coordination, and escalation, and must ensure delivery gaps are addressed by the responsible manager. Product expertise and customer outcomes - Know SPOT and new Propstar products inside out, including their features, metrics, and practical use cases. Explain what each metric means and how customers can use the product to achieve their objectives. - Agree on what success means for each customer and track progress against those desired results. Use product knowledge and account insights to guide adoption and improve customer outcomes. Renewals and forward planning - Establish visibility into renewal intent and engagement continuity at least three months in advance, including whether the customer will continue for a further three to six months. Identify retention risks early and act on them. - Aim to secure annual engagements. Where an annual commitment is not feasible, pursue a six-month engagement, with a minimum engagement commitment of three months. - Secure customer targets for at least three months at a time. Use this visibility to align delivery capacity, budgets, spends, and resource allocation with the relevant teams. What you bring - Fluency in English and Hindi. Kannada proficiency is preferred to build rapport with regional customer stakeholders. - Confident, professional presence and the ability to build trust with senior marketing and sales leaders, lead reviews, and handle difficult commercial and performance conversations. - Strong commercial judgment and numerical ability, including P&L ownership, revenue and spend tracking, ledger management, funnel analysis, and clear presentations. - A proactive approach to account growth, relationship building, stakeholder follow-through, and managing multiple customers and projects. Willingness to attend weekly customer meetings and work from customer offices when required. What success looks like Healthy, profitable accounts; progress toward the ideal 20% monthly revenue growth target; trusted customer relationships; accurate and agreed billing and attribution; timely reporting; clear delivery accountability; and predictable renewals backed by at least three months of targets and planning visibility.
