You'll manage relationships from onboarding onward, coordinate with teams across outfitMD, and take ownership of client needs and concerns. This role is a mix of customer success, relationship management, problem-solving, and sales, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with clients. What you'll do Lead client onboarding and set clear expectations from the start. Manage relationships across a portfolio of clients and maintain regular follow-ups. Coordinate with Sales, Support, Fulfillment, Finance, and Development to address client needs. Take ownership of client concerns and escalations through resolution. Monitor client engagement, satisfaction, account health, and retention. Help clients identify opportunities to improve and grow their businesses. Keep client notes, tasks, and follow-ups accurate and up to date. Identify relevant upsell and account growth opportunities. This is mandatory, and only candidates with a solid understanding of peptide products will be considered. Previous sales experience. Qualifications Previous experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with CRM, communication, and project management tools. Comfortable balancing client satisfaction and retention with revenue goals. Schedule & availability Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. This is a remote, part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time after completing the probation period. Compensation $4,000–$7,000 USD per month OTE Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work from home Work Location: Remote
