You will play a vital role in delivering workforce solutions, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery across your account portfolio. What Youll Be Doing - Sector Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Oilfield Services industry to engage stakeholders, build market intelligence, attend networking events, and identify emerging opportunities. - Candidate Sourcing: Source and market high-calibre talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Fieldglass, and internal networks in partnership with discipline-specific recruiters. - Recruitment Delivery: Qualify vacancies, coordinate mobilisations, manage onboarding activities, and ensure full compliance with NES standards and MSP requirements. - Contractor Management: Build strong relationships with contractors, implement retention initiatives, resolve issues proactively, and support high Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. - Business Development: Research client activity, monitor sector investments, support bids and tenders, and contribute to new business opportunities within the OFS market. - Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, manage service delivery performance, and utilise Fieldglass and Bullhorn to maintain operational excellence. - Commercial Oversight: Support account profitability by understanding billing targets, contractual obligations, financial processes, and SOMA compliance requirements.
