The Role Our Media Solutions team is at the forefront of the media industry, dedicated to crafting impactful media solutions that resonate with audiences and deliver unparalleled value to our clients. We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join the Brands & Partnerships team as part of our Media Solutions division. Demonstrating a strong track record in sales and business-to-business background, the successful applicant will be responsible for maximising advertising sales revenue, managing key accounts and identifying opportunities for growing new business. Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of revenue generation for your Hub, driving commercial performance and ensuring revenue targets are achieved through effective client engagement and solution selling. - Maintain exceptional service levels for agency clients, ensuring all campaign activity is delivered smoothly and efficiently, including booking confirmations, PCA management, reporting, and ongoing campaign optimisation. - Manage campaign performance in collaboration with AdOps and Customer Success (CS) teams, monitoring delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring client objectives are achieved. - Develop market-leading and innovative partnership solutions that align with client needs, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and maximise the value of available products and platforms. - Build bespoke client strategies by understanding client objectives and creating tailored recommendations that support their marketing and business goals. - Work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments, including Programmatic, Partnerships, and B2B, to deliver integrated and effective client solutions. - Contribute to the development of new partnerships and commercial initiatives, actively participating in idea generation and helping to bring innovative concepts to market. - Create and deliver compelling client solutions and presentations to agencies, both in person and virtually, communicating recommendations clearly and confidently. - Maintain excellent product knowledge and industry awareness, staying up to date with market developments, product enhancements, and emerging commercial opportunities. - Prepare and present strategic updates and recommendations to the MS Director on a quarterly basis, providing insights on performance, opportunities, and future growth plans. - Work closely with Investment Executives to ensure the successful delivery of all responsibilities outlined above, supporting revenue growth, campaign success, and high levels of client service. Requirements - Minimum of 4+ years media sales experience - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work on own initiative and show leadership skills within the team, driving key initiatives - Strong administrative, reporting and organisational skill set required. - Excellent Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate at all levels.
