Account Manager – E-Commerce Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end client relationships Act as the main point of contact for clients Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities Support Amazon and other marketplace accounts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Technology, or Account Management Experience with Amazon, Noon, or Shopify is preferred Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills English proficiency: B1+ Application Question(s): How old are you? what is your current package? what is your expected package?
