# Account Manager **AMC ADVERTISING CORPORATION** · Taytay · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: Customer Service - maintain and develop relationships with existing customers Cost Estimate Proposal - CE/PO - understand the client’s requirements and specifications of the projects, sends RFQ and collaborate w/ Cost Estimators & Production (if necessary). Job Order Preparation - drafting of manual Job Orders, making sure that all details required are complete & accurate Project Management - closely monitoring of all Ongoing Projects. Ensure that clients' expectations are met and provide after sales service for Done Projects. Updating of daily form to be submitted every Monday, as part of the sales cycle. CE Monitoring - Follow ups approval from client & negotiate cost estimates sent. Transmittal - Ensure all oculars & deliveries not connected to endorsed Job Orders are requested w/ approved/signed transmittal form Reports - Prepare sales monthly reports, update main tracking, & ensure all data are aligned w/ all departments. Attend team meetings. Billing & Collection - Monitor on time endorsement of Delivery Receipts & Completion Reports & help follow up collections Marketing - Uploading & sharing of project photos &/or sales materials as part of prospecting for new clients & up-sell to existing clients. Qualifications: Education : College Graduate of Marketing, Communication, or any related course Work Experience: At least 2-5 years work experience in Sales & Marketing Skills/Competencies: Good Communication via messaging apps, calls, & face to face (Customer Service) Project Management Product Knowledge Listening Skills Empathy Adaptability Email Writing Digital Marketing Preferably willing to start ASAP Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Company events On-site parking Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: Taytay, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Account Management: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
