Candidates without relevant industry experience are advised not to apply.] Job Title: Thailand Account Manager – Big AG Sector Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid) Reports to: Thailand Representative Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development & Customer Relationship Management - Develop the national market for oils & fats equipment / feed milling solutions / breeding / poultry systems in Thailand; maintain daily customer relationships. - Develop and maintain marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, and government relations; explore business opportunities. - Support local liaison and communication for project implementation in Thailand; collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery quality. - Assist in market intelligence activities, including customer profiling, competitor trends , and product competitiveness analysis; provide field intelligence and photographic materials ; assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars; visit industry associations. Requirements: - Proven sales experience and practical operation/management experience in feed milling, oils & fats processing, or livestock farming ; able to understand and calculate capacity configurations for each section. - Fluent in English (Required). Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus. - Capable of connecting with customers at all levels; strong communication skills. - Align with the company's values and culture; intention for long-term employment. - Positive and optimistic attitude; quick response and strong execution ability.
