# Account Executive WMS Aftersales **Mecalux** · Atlanta, GA 30305 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Account Executive – WMS Aftersales role is part of the Software Sales team and is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers throughout the lifecycle of their WMS software solutions. This role focuses on identifying customer needs after implementation and developing opportunities for additional software solutions, upgrades, services, support, and maintenance. The role is based in our Atlanta, GA office, with potential for 1-2 days per week telework. It reports to our Software Sales Manager, who is based in the same office. Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing WMS software customers, acting as a trusted commercial point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving business, operational, and software needs and identify opportunities for account development and growth. Identify, develop, and manage opportunities for software upgrades, enhancements, additional modules, licenses, support services, maintenance agreements, and other aftersales offerings, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Manage the aftersales sales process from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract completion, and follow-up. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within assigned customer accounts. Conduct consultative customer meetings to assess requirements, understand business challenges, and recommend appropriate WMS software solutions and services. Maintain a strong understanding of WMS software capabilities, industry trends, customer expectations, and competitive solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements, ensuring accurate scope, specifications, pricing, and delivery expectations. Lead customer presentations, proposal clarification meetings, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations, coordinating with internal resources as required. Coordinate closely with Software Engineering, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure appropriate technical and operational support for customer opportunities and to deliver effective solutions aligned with customer requirements. Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively address commercial concerns, and gather customer feedback. Communicate relevant insights to Management, Software Engineering, Product Development, and other internal teams to support continuous improvement and future product development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, quotation, contract, and order information in the company's CRM system. Support customer meetings, workshops, trade shows, and other marketing or commercial events as required, representing the company and its WMS software solutions professionally. Travel to customer sites across the US to conduct customer meetings, assessments, presentations, workshops, and other business activities as needed to close business. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing concepts and processes. Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the US, up to 25% of the time. Ability and willingness to work out of our Atlanta, GA office when not traveling for business. Experience working with or selling WMS software, warehouse automation, logistics solutions, or other enterprise software solutions is a plus.
