All applicants must have excellent communication skills through both phone and email. Also must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Applicants should be comfortable with having a sales goal. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect new business opportunities via internet, phone, referrals and networking in assigned territory. Enter leads into CRM & follow up with all prospects/leads in a timely manner. Answer customer questions about our services. Create solutions and manage customer requirements; execute shipments in accordance to customer’s needs and requirements Independently generate new sales revenue for your team Translate business opportunities into incremental revenues through strong selling techniques Study and understand market trends Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Preferred 1 year of telephone sales experience Passion for sales and the drive to succeed Self-motivated problem-solver with strong desire to meet customer needs Customer Service/Sales experience is a plus Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a must Skills Required: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively Customer service: Should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with their potential customers.
