Participate in brainstorming, ideation, proposal development, and presentation material preparation. Coordinate, monitor, and manage project/event execution with internal teams and external partners. Prepare and manage project documentation and paperwork, including quotations, contracts, acceptance records, payment documents, etc. Collaborate with Creative/Design/Production teams to ensure deliverables are executed according to the brief and client requirements. Support the development of scripts, program content, and other relevant materials. Collect project data, visuals, costs, and results to complete project reports. Proactively identify, resolve, and report issues arising during project execution. Open-minded with a “Can do” attitude, proactive and forward-thinking. Positive and integrity, team player, respectful, Teamwork coordination. Ability to execute multiple projects in many different industries. Confidence in verbal and writing in English is a big plus.
