We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounts executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and preparation of financial records. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. You will gain practical experience in various accounting functions and develop your skills under the guidance of senior staff. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of accounting data. Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved. Process accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Whom do we look for? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity in using Tally. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
