We don’t hire passive data-entry clerks. We hire financial enforcers. At Aihome, we operate a fast-moving, high-volume smart home retail and distribution business. We do not need a junior clerk who just types receipts into a system without understanding the bigger picture. We are looking for a sharp, meticulous Account Executive who can independently handle a full set of accounts, hunt down discrepancies, and ensure our financial engine runs without a single glitch. THE MANDATE: You are the bridge between daily operations and financial strategy. Your job is to take the raw data from the retail outlets and suppliers, process it accurately, and build the flawless full set of accounts that our Senior Accountant and Finance Manager rely on to make critical business decisions. WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER: Full Set Mastery: You own the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). You ensure every single transaction is recorded, categorized, and balanced perfectly. Month-End Hustle: You do not drag your feet at the end of the month. You work aggressively to close the accounts, reconcile the bank statements, and prepare the trial balance within the first few days of the new month. Cash Flow Guarding: You monitor the bank daily. You process payment vouchers accurately, ensuring we pay suppliers on time to maintain relationships, while aggressively chasing any outstanding B2B payments owed to us. Audit & Tax Prep: You ensure all documentation is perfectly organized. When SST submission time or the yearly audit comes around, you already have the schedules and supporting documents 100% ready. NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are): Proven Experience: You must have 2 to 3 years of solid experience handling a Full Set of Accounts . If you only know how to do AP or AR separately, do not apply. Zero-Defect Mentality: You hate untidy ledgers. If the bank reconciliation is off by RM1.00, you will stay at your desk and hunt it down until it balances. System Expert: You are highly proficient in modern accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero) and advanced in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are second nature to you). Language: Fluent in English and Malay. (Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with tech suppliers). HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs): Month-End Closing Speed: How fast and accurately you can close the full set of accounts after the 30th/31st of the month. Reconciliation Accuracy: Achieving zero unexplainable variances in your monthly bank and inventory reconciliations. AR Collection Speed: Keeping our aging receivables as low as possible.
