# Account Executive (Accounting Corporate Services) | Ubi **Yi Jiu Consultant** · Singapore 400302 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Title : Account Executive (Accounting Corporate Services) Salary: From SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 (based on experience) Annual Leave: Starting from 14 days Singapore Office : Ubi Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Work Arrangement: Fully Work From Office Job Responsibilities (Job Scope) : Handle full set of accounts for clients Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients when required Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and updated Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting matters Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned by management Key Requirements : Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience Minimally a Diploma or Bachelor Degree of related field. Experience in accounting firm / audit firm is required Familiar with full set of accounts and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in accounting software such as Xero, SQL, etc. AUXILIARY CONSULTANT (AC), EA LIC: 19C0013 TAN SZE MIN, EA REG No.: R2196393 Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
