This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking growth in a client-facing role with the potential to advance into senior management or director positions. Key Responsibilities: Client Account Management: Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained. New Customer Enrollment: Assist with on-boarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition. Coaching & Training: Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company. Daily Morning Meetings: Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity. Intensive Management Development Program: Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions. Qualifications: No prior experience required!
