The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy, and able to multitask between finance and HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, and payment records Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements Manage staff attendance, leave, and payroll processing Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions Assist with staff claims and new employee onboarding Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting (HR experience is a plus) Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information Able to Communicate in English and Malay (Chinese as an Advantage) Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
