Job Summary Manage financial and administrative tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, audit assistance, and office coordination to support smooth operations at Airnovation Engineering Pte Ltd. Responsibilities Raise sales invoices, prepare quotations, and manage site claims to support financial operations Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain accurate financial records Assist with yearly account audits and prepare quarterly GST submissions to ensure regulatory compliance Prepare monthly financial reports and perform financial analysis to inform business decisions Stay updated on government finance regulations to ensure company compliance Communicate effectively with banks, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person to facilitate transactions and relationships Perform office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail to maintain office efficiency Manage incoming calls and greet walk-in guests to provide professional front-desk support Coordinate training courses and monitor worker certifications and card expiry dates to maintain workforce compliance Maintain office cleanliness and monitor office supplies to ensure a well-organized work environment Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or administrative roles Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting software to manage financial data accurately Familiarity with basic accounting principles and finance regulations to support compliance and reporting Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and strong ethical standards Commitment to working efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity Preferred competencies and qualifications Professional manner and strong ethical code to foster trust and reliability in workplace interactions Other Information Working Location: Toh Guan Road East, Jurong East Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
