# Academic Coordinator **V S S Early Learners Academy** · Vijayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Support the Center Head in the smooth academic and operational functioning of the preschool. - Coordinate with teachers to ensure quality teaching, classroom management, student engagement, and curriculum execution . - Maintain high standards of education, discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall preschool experience . - Handle parent queries, concerns, feedback, and communication professionally and ensure timely resolution. - Support the Center Head in admissions, parent counselling, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversion of prospective parents . - Assist in implementing marketing activities, events, campaigns, social media initiatives, and local promotions to increase admissions and brand visibility. - Build strong relationships with parents and contribute towards parent satisfaction, retention, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth . - Coordinate school events, celebrations, PTMs, activities, and other center-level initiatives. - Monitor daily attendance, records, schedules, and other administrative requirements. - Identify operational or academic issues and escalate them to the Center Head with appropriate solutions . Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
