Our company will process your mandatory benefits / salary. _*After 3 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Expect that the client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice. READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences. Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; c onsidered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits ; IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , and if you're absent. Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills . They may also negotiate you.
