Job Description - Analyse and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. - Design, program, and maintain PLC-controlled systems, including HMIs, SCADA, sensors, and actuators. - Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into production. - Prepare documentation, including functional design specifications, wiring diagrams, schematics, and SOP - Lead commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automated equipment (FAT, SAT, and on-site). - Train production and maintenance staff on automated systems and best practices. - Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM to optimise throughput and reduce downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Requirements - Minimun Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3-5 years of experience in injection molding process engineering, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
