I am looking for a hungry, sharp, ready-to-solve problems right hand to help me personally as the CEO execute on our next season of growth, which is 4 new locations in the next 8 months.

RoadRunners is a drive-thru-only, speed-based beverage concept serving quality coffees, organic matcha, natural energy drinks, and gelato milkshakes in 60 seconds or it's free. We set world records, we compete, and our internal tagline is Be Impressive .

We're entering our biggest season yet: four new locations opening next year — corporate stores in Richmond and franchise stores in the Dallas area — on top of our pilot store in Cypress. We're hiring one person to help the CEO make it all happen.

The Role:

This is not a corporate chief of staff job with calendars and slide decks. This is a right-hand-to-the-CEO operator role. You'll work directly with me (the founder/CEO) every single day, tackling whatever the business needs most that week:

• Driving a different high-priority initiative every week — openings, systems, vendors, events, whatever's on fire or about to launch
• Supporting the Cypress store team — not as GM, but working alongside store leadership to keep the bar high
• Helping oversee our full mobile event truck and events around Houston
• Building the playbooks and operations that let us scale from one store to many
• Being in the room (and in the dirt) for every major decision as we grow

The main skill that will help you be successful in this role is utilizing AI. We use AI everyday at RoadRunners, and ideally the right Chief of Staff is very well versed in AI and can help level us up on efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

Experience matters less to us than hunger, urgency, and judgment. You might have a background in hospitality, operations, or consulting — or you might be a relentless recent grad who wants to build something real. We hire on merit, not résumés, and we promote the same way.

The Growth Path

We'll need a Chief Operating Officer by the middle/end of next year once the new stores are open. This role is the audition. Perform, and you'll be first in line to run operations for a fast-scaling brand.

• Full-time, in person — based in Katy (office space) most of the week, supporting Cypress pilot location and events around Houston on occasion.
• Closed Sundays. Always.
• Start: as soon as we find the right person
