We are looking for a customer-obsessed Program Manager with proven program management experience and a strong track record of delivering results to own and execute highly strategic launches, in addition to driving multiple complex projects across one or more programs. As a Launch Program Manager, you will work with and influence numerous cross-functional stakeholders both inside and outside of Global Engineering Services (GES) with a direct impact to our internal customers in operations. This role calls for an individual who is proficient in continuous improvement and is experienced in strategically developing processes and mechanisms to achieve business goals. Technical Assessment needed: Yes Expected deliverables: Core Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end launch execution for third-party logistics (3PL) facilities across EU regions. Own project coordination from contract signature (T-20 weeks) through post-launch stabilization, ensuring RTL Playbook compliance and operational readiness. - Coordinate launch readiness activities and manage escalation processes - Provide operational support to 3PL Operations Managers - Support fulfillment center configuration requirements and system setup - Facilitate Scannable ID (SCID) process implementation - Maintain communication protocols with 3PL vendors through designated External Fulfillment (EF) channels Required qualifications/certifications: - Project management experience with multi-stakeholder coordination - Strong communication and escalation management capabilities - Ability to work independently in a virtual environment - Quick learner with capacity to absorb Amazon-specific processes and systems - Experience in logistics, fulfillment operations, or supply chain management - Familiarity with launch execution or operational readiness processes - Previous exposure to third-party vendor coordination Software / programs / tools: Amazon basic software and packages.
