3D Designer & Graphic Designer – Exhibitions & Visual Merchandising

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled 3D Designer & Graphic Designer specializing in exhibitions, events, signage, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing innovative 3D concepts, exhibition stands, retail displays, and graphic designs, transforming creative ideas into practical and visually appealing designs.

The candidate will collaborate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs meet client requirements, technical specifications, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities-

• Create 3D designs, renders, and visualizations for exhibition stands, event setups, kiosks, and promotional displays.
• Develop concepts for retail spaces, visual merchandising, product displays, and brand activations.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings for production.
• Ensure designs are visually attractive, functional, and feasible for fabrication and installation.
• Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
• Create concepts and artwork for advertising campaigns, brand identities, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Design production-ready artwork for print and promotional materials, including signage, packaging, displays, and event materials.
• Prepare final files to the specifications of printers, fabricators, and other production partners.
• Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.
• Work with account managers, copywriters, marketers, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver effective designs.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and make revisions while keeping projects on schedule.
• Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Keep up with relevant design trends, materials, and production techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3ds Max , Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and visual storytelling .
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and production-ready files.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with preparing large-format print files, including scale, resolution, bleed, color modes, and output requirements.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
