360 Recruitment Consultant – First Staff
360 Recruitment Consultant – First Staff Recruitment Solutions Location: Lancaster | Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience + Commission Love recruitment, but want to own the whole process? First Staff is a growing healthcare recruitment agency, and we're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to help take us to the next level. This isn't a role where you'll just sit and fill jobs that land on your desk. You'll be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process — winning new business, developing client relationships, sourcing and placing candidates, and growing your own desk. You'll have the freedom to build relationships, spot opportunities and make things happen. We're looking for someone who enjoys the sales side of recruitment just as much as the candidate side . Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, introduce themselves to a potential new client and turn a conversation into a long-term business relationship. What you'll be doing As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk and be involved in everything from the first sales call to successfully placing the right candidate. Your role will include: Identifying and winning new healthcare clients Proactively contacting potential clients and generating new business opportunities Building and developing long-term relationships with clients Growing and managing your own client base Taking job requirements and understanding exactly what your clients need Sourcing, interviewing and registering healthcare and care professionals Matching the right candidates to temporary and permanent opportunities Managing bookings, availability and client requirements Keeping in regular contact with both clients and candidates Working towards and exceeding sales and placement targets Spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts Taking ownership of your desk and helping to grow First Staff This role is for you if... You're commercially minded, confident and enjoy the buzz that comes from winning new business. You don't wait around for opportunities to come to you — you go out and create them. You'll be comfortable speaking to new people, picking up the phone and putting yourself out there. At the same time, you'll understand that recruitment is about relationships. Winning a client is one thing — keeping them is another. We're looking for someone who can balance the sales, client management and candidate side of recruitment and genuinely enjoys seeing the results of their hard work. Ideally, you'll have: Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or temporary staffing - but not compulsory Experience working in a 360 recruitment or sales-focused role Confidence in business development and winning new clients Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and resilient attitude The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities A target-driven mindset and a genuine desire to succeed Why First Staff? Because we're building something exciting — and we want the right people to build it with us. Joining First Staff at this stage means you won't be just another consultant sitting behind a desk. You'll have the opportunity to build your own desk, develop your own client relationships and make a real impact on the growth of the business . We want people with ideas, ambition and the confidence to bring something to the table. Your success will directly contribute to our success — and as First Staff grows, so will your opportunities.
