The Role Identify and secure new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Grow existing accounts and generate new revenue Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Manage the full sales and account management process Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, labour hire, sales, or account management Strong business development and negotiation skills Confident communication and relationship-building abilities Commercially driven and target-focused Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Own laptop and mobile phone Why Join ESS?
