Role Overview We’re looking for a driven 360 IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contract Recruitment team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a true 360 role where you’ll take ownership of both business development and candidate delivery across the Saudi technology market. You’ll build new and existing client relationships, identify contract recruitment opportunities, source and deliver high-quality technology talent, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter who wants to build a career in the rapidly growing Saudi market and play a key role in supporting organisations across the region with their technology hiring needs. Key Duties & Responsibilities Business Development & Client Management Develop new and existing client relationships across the Saudi technology market Identify new business opportunities and build a strong contract recruitment pipeline Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and key technology stakeholders Stay close to market trends and understand the technology skills and talent in demand across Saudi Arabia Candidate Delivery Source, attract and qualify high-quality IT and technology professionals Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across the GCC and wider Middle East Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement through to placement Conduct candidate interviews and provide market insight, career guidance and interview preparation Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 360 Recruitment Own the full recruitment process from winning a vacancy through to successful placement Balance business development, client management and candidate delivery Build your own desk, network and market expertise Work closely with the wider Halian team to deliver the right talent solutions for clients Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals What We’re Looking For A few years’ experience in IT/Technology recruitment , ideally across the GCC Proven experience across both business development and candidate delivery Strong understanding of the technology recruitment market Commercially driven with a confident and consultative approach Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Ambition, resilience and a genuine desire to build a long-term recruitment career Coming From Sales? We’re also open to commercially driven professionals coming from SaaS, IT or Technology Sales who are looking to move their career into recruitment.
