As a Multidrop delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting home goods to various locations using one of our 3.5t vehicles. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage their schedule effectively. We store and deliver large, heavy and bulky items such as white goods, televisions, indoor and outdoor furniture in pristine condition – the kind of items that typically need two attentive people to handle. We also provide installation service for our customers on certain items. We operate a Job and Finish scheme to promote a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for people who enjoy being out on the road, love meeting new people and want to experience variety every day. We will provide you with a Luton Tail lift or Low Loader, to which you must look after as your own vehicle. You must hold a valid UK commercial driving license, and possess good knowledge of postcode (satnav is a must). We would also like someone with a positive, helpful attitude dealing with our customers. 6am Start at Sunbury TW16 - Job and Finish - Approx 9-12hr day. Paid Weekly £150 per day Self Employed - you are responsible for your own tax and insurance DBS - Complete Background check, Drug and Alcohol Test. Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, your duties will include: - Full responsibility for your vehicle whilst representing the company and brand to the highest possible standards - Handle heavy lifting of packages and products - Delivering customer products with your colleague, ensuring packaging and product is free from damage - Delivering orders to the customers room of choice - Assemble and/or install customer products (full training for installation services is provided) - Ensuring as a team, you always keep your customers up to date on the progress of their delivery - Resolve any customer questions or concerns as they may arise What do we require from you to join our team? - Right to work and live in the UK - Valid commercial driving license - Minimum of six months of verifiable experience as a driver - No more than 6 driving penalty points - Complete Background check, Drug and Alcohol Test. - Goods in transit insurance - Liability insurance - First class communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of your local area but also possess a satnav for 3.5t.
