2d Visualizer - Lead (Events/Stalls/Exhibitions/Corporate Events)

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Design Direction

• Lead the 2D design team in conceptualizing and executing visual communication for events and brand campaigns.
• Develop brand stories and creative layouts for pitches, presentations, and live event collaterals.
• Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints — print, digital, and on￾ground elements.
• Translate concept ideas into high-quality visuals that enhance the event experience.

1. Collaboration & Team Leadership

• Work closely with Concept, 3D, Client Servicing, and Production teams to visualize integrated event designs.
• Review and mentor the 2D design team — ensuring quality, innovation, and timely deliverables.
• Brainstorm with the Creative Director and Business Team to elevate pitch presentations and design impact.

1. Project Ownership & Delivery

• Take end-to-end ownership of visual communication for key client projects.
• Manage multiple projects and delegate tasks efficiently within the design team.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all design assets while maintaining premium quality and brand alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to visualize 2D design elements in sync with 3D set design and event space aesthetics.
• Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, launches, and brand activations.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers and art teams.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jayangar III Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
