The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-quality visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and other promotional materials. Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for marketing and promotional purposes. - Develop motion graphics, animated advertisements, social media content, and promotional videos. - Create and animate 3D models, characters, objects, environments, and visual effects. - Convert creative concepts, storyboards, and ideas into engaging animations. - Design animated logos, text, transitions, effects, and other visual elements. - Edit and enhance videos by adding animation, graphics, sound effects, and visual effects. - Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to understand project requirements and deadlines. - Prepare storyboards, concepts, and animation drafts for approval. - Ensure all animations follow the company's branding guidelines. - Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final content within deadlines. - Keep up to date with the latest animation, motion graphics, and video production trends. - Organize and maintain project files and animation assets. - Perform other creative and animation-related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field . - Proven experience as a 2D/3D Animator, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role . - Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling. - Proficiency in software such as: - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Blender / Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max - Premiere Pro or other video-editing software - Good knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation. - Strong creative and visual design skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - A portfolio of previous animation and creative work is required . Preferred Skills - Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns . - Knowledge of video editing and sound synchronization. - Experience with character animation and visual effects. - Knowledge of AI-assisted animation and creative tools is an advantage. - Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or advertising industry is an advantage. Key Performance Expectations - Deliver high-quality animation and creative content on time. - Maintain consistency with company branding. - Produce engaging and visually appealing content. - Respond effectively to creative feedback and revision requirements.
