Position Overview The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. In this internal client-facing role, you will work with a wide variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines, keeping work organized, visible, and moving forward. Team structure varies by client engagement. Key Responsibilities - Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion - Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards - Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis - Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement - Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work Requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - AND 2–4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management - Recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience supporting projects within a large, global industrial manufacturing organization Soft Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication with consistent follow-up - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - High emotional intelligence - Conflict resolution and management - Problem-solving and adaptability - Ability to influence and motivate others Benefits - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Vision Insurance - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Health insurance - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Paid Holidays Please follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more! https://www.dsnworldwide.com Salary Expectations : $70,000-75,000 annually
