He / She is expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Branch Operations Management: - Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth function. - Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures. - Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for branch activities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 2. Sales, Marketing & Business Development: - Develop and implement strategies to increase the branch's Net Client. - Promote SUKI loans to potential clients. - Achieve branch targets for loans every month. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. 3. Loan Portfolio Management: - Supervise loan processing, approval, and disbursement. - Monitor loan repayments and manage delinquency rates. - Analyze the creditworthiness of loan applicants through the Validation of all loan applicants - Implement strategies to maximize loan portfolio growth and quality. 4. Staff Management and Development: - Train, and supervise branch staff and give feedback about the performance. - Conduct performance evaluations & prepare a Performance Improvement Program (PIP) if necessary - Motivate and mentor staff to achieve branch objectives. - Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities. 5. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. - Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch. - Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently. 6. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of all branch activities. - Update from time to time in the Viber groups any progress or concern from the branch. - Prepare regular reports of branch performance and submit to the management - Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all transactions. 7. Financial Management: - Prepare and manage the branch's budget. - Monitor financial performance and report to higher management. - Implement cost control measures for the branch. 8. Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations. - Ensure proper documentation and security of client information. - Conduct periodic visits to every group meeting to ensure proper implementation of the program. 9. Community Engagement: - Engage with local communities to promote financial inclusion. - Organize financial literacy and awareness programs. - Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to support branch initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: - 2-YEAR VOCATIONAL COURSE/ COLLEGE LEVEL - At least 6 months to 1 year related work experience (Marketing/Sales w/FIELD WORK) - Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required. - Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. - No age limit, Male or Female - 100% Field Works, again this position is FIELD WORKS - This position is STAY – IN - Willing to undergo TRAINING - And doesn't always have a backout mentality .
